Balloon Festival and Dinos!

My father has become very insistent that I put new pics up on the double. ha! Here they are Daddy! A while back when went to the Balloon Festival here in the Springs for their night glow. It was amazing!!! We also spent a day driving around our area and ended up in Woodland Park at a dinosaur museum. Way overpriced but the kids loved it! That's what its all about anyway right? :) Hope you enjoy the pics as much as we did taking them. Coming soon, family pics and Emma's 4th birthday...where has the time gone????

sorry I have not updated in SOOOOOOO long. Life has kind of taken over lately. ha. School is wrapping up soon, finals in the next 2 weeks so I will have oodles more time to share beautiful pics of my family! I have lots still from my parent's trip out here and some from Texas to upload, so I promise they are coming. I know the grandparent's are getting antsy. We miss everyone and are excited about the next round of visitors coming to Colorado to see us.

Here are some more pics from my parent's and Chelsea's visit so far! Chelsea leaves tomorrow to go back to Texas, she will be missed!! On July 4th, we watched Dave take off for Cali(no pics :(), went to the USA Olympic Training Center, went to the Air Force Academy and climbed Pike's Peak! Well, maybe we didn't climb, but the train sure did! When we got up to the summit, the temperature was in the low 30's!!! We even had the world famous Pike's Peak Donuts at 14,000 ft! They were awesome!!! Today we ventured back to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods, it was a beautiful day in the low 60s, in JULY!!! So far we have had an awesome time and look forward to more fun times this week!

and this was only their first day! Needless to say, it was a LONG but FUN day!!! Dave was supposed to leave today for California but he ended up getting to stay an extra day! The weather was awesome, a little warm but nothing like the humidity of Texas. We have another long day tomorrow with Pike's Peak and some other fun things! The kids are all about Honey and Papa right now and that is fine with me! Dave and I got to enjoy our awesome dinner tonight because Honey was all about helping Mason out with his food! Sorry for the pic overload, I just couldn't resist! More to come....
